It is axiomatic that history is circular. This concept has been understood since ancient times. “That which has been is what will be. That which is done is what will be done, and there is nothing new under the sun” (Ecclesiastes 1:9).
We may anticipate the horrors of World War III by studying the two World Wars that preceded it. Each war was related in part to (1) anti-Semitism and (2) radical Islam.
The immediate cause of World War I was the assassination of Archduke Ferdinand, the heir to the Austrian throne. This so-called “war to end all wars” was begun by a Muslim terrorist.
Archduke Ferdinand was the heir apparent of the sitting Austrian monarch, Prince Franz Joseph I of Austria. The Prince was very solicitous of his Jewish subjects, which earned him the derisive title “King of Jerusalem” by the crown heads of Europe.
The assassin of the Prince’s nephew was an Islamic suicide terrorist named Gavrilo Princip. His plan was to jump in the river and commit suicide after murdering the Archduke. His plan failed because the water was too shallow. This event illustrates the Islamic connection and anti-Semitism in World War I.
Evidence of anti-Semitism in relation to World War II is much worse. Hitler had as his primary goal to destroy the Jews. Hitler’s diabolical hatred resulted in his working against his own cause. He declined to order scientists to create an atomic bomb, dubbing the technology “Jewish physics.” In spite of a dwindling labor force at the end of the war, Hitler pulled Jews out of factories to murder them. As Robert Waite wrote in “The Psychopathic God,” his priorities made no sense. “Nothing mattered more to him than killing Jews.”
Consider the Islamic contribution to anti-Semitism in World War II. The Islamic Grand Mufti of Jerusalem was in complete sympathy with Hitler. In fact, he hoped to introduce the ‘final solution” in Palestine. Furthermore, the mighty Persian Empire had stood for 2500 years. Yet its Islamic leaders renamed it “Iran” in 1935. Their purpose was to stand in unison with Hitler’s dream of a superior Aryan (transliterated “Iranian”) race.
At some undetermined future time, World War III will begin. In that cataclysm, worldwide Jew-hatred will reach its zenith. It will be “the time of Jacob’s trouble” (Jeremiah 30:7).
At some undetermined future time, World War III will begin.
“And it shall happen in that day that I will make Jerusalem a very heavy stone…though all nations of the earth are gathered against it” (Zechariah 12:3). “All nations of the earth” standing against Israel is a daunting concept.
Even the Biblically illiterate understand it’s the Jews against the world, if they watch the nightly news.
What about America? When the evil hordes began World War I, America intervened to save the world. Again, in World War II, it was America who saved the world. I believe in World War III the Islamic radicals will unite under an Assyrian leader, in a worldwide conflict that seems to have already begun.
Adolph Hitler observed, “The war for world domination will be fought entirely between us [sons of hell] and the Jews. All else is facade and illusion.” God will save Israel and America will fight for the West. The circle of history will be completed.
Recall that seven is the number of completion in human affairs. Three is the number of completion in Divine matters. There have been or will be SEVEN WARS ON AMERICAN SOIL. The three wars shown to George Washington at Valley Forge are in capital letters.
1. French and Indian War
2. AmericanRevolution
3. War of 1812
4. Mexican-American War
5. CIVIL WAR
6. World War II
7. WorldWarIII
History Is Circular
“That which has been is what will be, that which is done is what will be done, and there is nothing new under the sun. Is there anything of which it may be said, ‘See, this is new’? It has already been in ancient times before us” ( Ecclesiastes 1:9,10).
“Remember the former things of old, for I am God and there is no other; I am God and there is none like me, declaring the end from the beginning and from ancient times things that are not yet done saying, ‘My counsel shall stand, and I will do all My pleasure’” (Isaiah 46:9,10).
“Show the things that are to come hereafter…” (Isaiah 41:23a) may also be translated from the Hebrew: “They told the future backwards.”
